Purchaser of mobile phone repair service will truthfully and to the best of his/her own knowledge select the most appropriate repair. Cellphone Repairs will do a full inspection on the phone prior to phone repair service requested. If a technician detects other issues with the phone, Cell Phone Repairs will notify the owner immediately before completing or starting repair. If you schedule a mobile repair on a phone that is beyond repair, we will refund you the price of the repair cost minus the travel fee of 15.00. If you do not truthfully select the right repair(to your best knowledge), we reserve the right to refuse service and return your phone. If wrong model is selected, buyer will have opportunity to pay the difference on correct model, or cancel the repair. If the repair is cancelled, Cellphone Repairs will refund the repair service cost, minus the 15.00 travel fee. Cellphone Repairs does not guarantee that we reuse or replace any screen protectors or skins that may come originally on the device. They may be subject to removal and discarding if need be during repair. Cellphone Repairs is not responsible for cases or other phone accessories received by the repair technician. Please do not leave them during the repair process. If your phone has water damage, no warranty will be given on any repair. Cellphone Repairs retains the right to refuse any repair.
